Shipping & Delivery
We offer free in store pick-up at our store. In store pick-up will be available the next business day after you place your online order. (If your order is placed on Friday, it will be available for pick-up on Monday.)
Please note that if you are not happy with your purchase, all returns & exchanges can be processed in the store as well as online. You can leave/drop off your return at our store once it is pre-authorized by phone or email. All other orders are shipped via USPS. Orders placed before 2PM EST on Monday - Friday will begin processing that day and will ship within 1 - 3 business days pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed after 2PM EST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 1 - 3 business days. (If your order is placed on Friday after 2PM EST, it will begin processing on the following Monday.)
Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays. Leelee will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you’ve selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We love USPS. It’s fast, reliable, cheap, and trackable within the United States. We will email you a tracking number when your package ships. At this time, we only ship to the continental United States. Please call us if you would like your order shipped to Canada; we are more than happy to process your order by phone. 
Returns & Replacements
We only offer online exchanges or in store credit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer an exchange for online or in store credit to use towards a future purchase within 10 days of original delivery. Exchanged items must be unworn and in original condition or exchange will be rejected. We do not offer refunds.
Please email ([email protected]) to let us know you would like to request an exchange. If exchanging by UPS please do not ship your item until you receive confirmation from us that we will honor your exchange. You may also process any exchange in our store. There is no refund or reimbursement on shipping/handling charges. Returns must be sent by purchaser via USPS Priority or more expeditious method. Please let us know the reason for your exchange. We are more than happy to help with an exchange if you are not happy with an item(s) or need assistance with fit and selection.

When returning your item please include the following:
1) Unworn item(s) in original condition.
2) A copy of the original invoice

All sale items are final sale; no returns, exchanges or store/online credit will be given. Once your exchange is received, we will issue an online or in store credit for the original purchase price of the exchanged item(s). Shipping costs will not be refunded or included in the exchange discount value.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Leelee accepts the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders or CODs for online purchases.  We will make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, although we do occasionally sell out of products. If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total, as well as your shipping confirmation. Shipments to addresses within the state of New York are charged sales tax. All other states will not be charged sales tax.
